When you submit an Interior or Memorial request, we may collect the information you choose to provide.

• Your name, telephone number, email address or other contact details.
• Your project description, requested service and information about a property, room, site, cemetery, city or country.
• Project references and files you upload, including images and PDF documents.
• Technical information such as the page from which a request was submitted, browser/device data and analytics events when analytics consent is granted.

How we use information

• To review and respond to your request, arrange a consultation and discuss possible services.
• To understand project requirements, prepare an initial response and maintain necessary business records.
• To operate, secure and improve the website, including aggregate analytics when you have consented.

Request delivery and service providers

Request details are delivered to the site owner through Gmail and Telegram. These services process the submitted information so the owner can receive and respond to your request.

Uploaded files are stored in Vercel Blob using public file URLs and are automatically deleted after 60 days. Do not upload confidential, unlawful or unnecessary personal information.

The website uses Vercel for hosting and file storage. Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity are used only after analytics consent to understand site usage and improve the experience. Their processing is governed by their respective privacy terms.

Retention and security

Uploaded files are scheduled for automatic deletion after 60 days. Request details delivered through Gmail or Telegram may be retained only as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the prospective client relationship, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

Children and international processing
