Basic terms governing use of the SAV DESIGN Studio website and submission of project requests.

Website purpose
This website presents SAV DESIGN Studio's creative work and allows prospective clients to submit requests for Interior and Memorial design consultations.
Requests are not contracts
Submitting a request, receiving a reply or participating in an initial consultation does not create a contract and does not guarantee that a project will be accepted. A project begins only after scope, deliverables, fees, timing and other terms are separately agreed in writing.
Prices and availability
Prices marked “by request,” examples, estimates and website descriptions are informational. Final pricing and availability are confirmed after consultation and review of the project requirements.
Your information and files
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for having the right to share uploaded files. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, confidential or third-party material without appropriate permission.
Professional scope
Unless expressly included in a separate written agreement, the website and preliminary communications do not provide engineering, licensed architectural, legal, surveying, permitting or other regulated professional services. Independent licensed professionals may be required for a project.
Website content and availability
Website content, project imagery, text and branding are provided for informational purposes and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. The site may be updated, suspended or contain occasional inaccuracies, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
